Yet again the past week has been a busy week in real estate for us, by now homeowners should have received this year's BC Assessment notice in the mail, it seems many have gone up & by quite a bit, if you do not think your Assessment is accurate and would like to submit an appeal, please feel free to contact us (info@lucandmark.com or 604-942-7300) and we will help guide you through the appeal process. Please note though if you are going to make an appeal it must be done by a written request which must be submitted by January 31st, 2012.
