| Luc's Bio
Luc Preville was born and educated in Quebec and Oregon, making him fluent in both French and English. Enjoying the outdoors, Luc traveled across the country finally settling in Port Coquitlam in 1985 where he started his career in real estate with Royal LePage. In 1986 he received his first recognition award and in 1991 held the distinct position of being a member of the Top 1% club for Royal LePage in Canada and Top 10 Salesperson in B.C. Luc has maintained his excitement about Real Estate and has continually been recognized throughout the years, most recently receiving the prestigious Royal LePage "Award of Excellence Life Time Achievement" held only by a handful of people.
Luc has been one of Royal LePage's top 5% performers for over 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Tri-City and surrounding areas. His personal dedication and integrity has earned him the loyalty of his client's and the recognition and respect of his colleagues. Luc is adamant about his dedication and commitment to his client's needs and provides them with utmost honesty and integrity.
On a personal note, Luc has been married for over 30 years to his lovely wife, Deanne. Luc and Deanne enjoy what the City of Port Coquitlam offers and are actively involved in community events. One of Luc’s personal passions is for the outdoors and he enjoys skiing, biking, and camping as time allows. |
